Terms & Conditions for “15% Off” Welcome-Back Offer & Free 15-Minute LED Add-On

  1. Eligibility

    • Offers are available to new and returning clients of Yamile Buitrago Skin Studio.

    • Must be 18 years or older to redeem.

  2. Booking Window

    • 15% Off Welcome-Back Offer: Appointment must be booked within three (3) months of the offer issue date.

    • Free 15-Minute LED Add-On: Appointment associated with the Mother’s Day promotion must be booked within two (2) months of the offer issue date.

  3. Redemption

    • Clients must mention the applicable promotion at time of booking.

    • Discount and/or add-on applies only to the services reserved; cannot be retroactively applied to past appointments.

  4. Scope of Discount & Add-On

    • 15% Off: Applies to the total treatment fee (excludes retail products, gift cards, taxes, and gratuities).

    • LED Add-On: A 15-minute LED therapy session added onto the second Mother’s Day treatment only; not available as a standalone service.

  5. Limitations & Exclusions

    • Offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other promotion, package, membership discount, or loyalty reward.

    • Only one promotional code or add-on may be applied per appointment.

    • Cannot be redeemed for cash value or credit.

  6. Rescheduling & Cancellation

    • Standard 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy applies. Late cancellations or “no-shows” will forfeit the promotion.

    • To reschedule, clients must notify us at least 48 hours before their appointment and re-book within the original offer window.

  7. Expiry

    • Unused promotions automatically expire at midnight (local studio time) on the final valid day of the booking window.

    • Extensions will not be granted.

  8. Studio Policies

    • All standard health, safety, and consent forms must be completed prior to treatment.

    • Yamile Buitrago Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse service or promotional redemption to anyone at its discretion.

  9. Changes to Terms

    • Yamile Buitrago Skin Studio may modify or withdraw these offers at any time. Any changes will not affect appointments already confirmed under these terms.
